Supervise a 30-person team of professional staff, as well as graduate and undergraduate program coordinators and mentors.


Influenced and managed 100+ student volunteers to support department signature programs. Supported 38 culture & identity groups as the category coordinator for Leadership Engagement and Experiential Development. Collaborate with colleagues across divisions and departments.

JHU Black Faculty Staff Association- JHU Employee Resource Group

Lead an executive leadership team of (8) elected officers. Represent (6) of (9) campus sites for the association and the membership of (250+) engaged employees.
