Supervise a 30-person team of professional staff, as well as graduate and undergraduate program coordinators and mentors.
Influenced and managed 100+ student volunteers to support department signature programs. Supported 38 culture & identity groups as the category coordinator for Leadership Engagement and Experiential Development. Collaborate with colleagues across divisions and departments.
